Rental of Villas Not In Occupation
Management can undertake to rent out villas when not occupied by owners
Room rental income will be shared equally between owner and management.
Management will take responsibility for maintenance of the property when rented out, including any damages caused. All utility expenses and maid & cook services during rental period will be borne by the management company.
Rental income is estimated at $120 per night for a 2-bed room villa that comfortably accommodates 4 adults.
